We were quite excited to meet Girl Guides today at the Tucson event! They are from Maryland and have been boxing since 2003, the same as us. Our 100th find back in 2004 was one of their boxes. We have never actually met them before, so it was fun to see them today at the event! Just like finding an old letterbox, it is really fun to meet people that have been boxing for a fairly long time.

Good for you! I like meeting letterboxing "oldtimers" too, but unfortunately many of them quit before I get the chance.

It was fun meeting you as well, Wi Hiker, and Martini Man! We also loved meeting AZ Roadie and Desert Flower, and many others whose name we recognized. Silver Eagle - some day we will get to meet you too.We love hunting your boxes when we are in Texas.

Looking forward to it. Maybe y'all can come to our Texas Annual Letterboxing Event (TALE). This year, TALE13 will be at Stephen F. Austin State Park, not too far from Houston.
